1. About Bloxpow
Bloxpow ("we", "us", "our") is an independent online shop selling digital in-game items for the Roblox games Murder Mystery 2 (MM2) and Toilet Tower Defense (TTD) through bloxpow.com (the "site"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy.
2. What digital items are
Our products are virtual items that exist only inside MM2 and TTD. They aren't physical goods, they can't be shipped, and they have no value outside those games. You get permission to use an item in game. You don't own any property or intellectual property in it.
3. Not connected to Roblox
Bloxpow is an independent third-party shop. We aren't owned, operated, sponsored, endorsed or approved by Roblox Corporation, or by the developers of Murder Mystery 2 or Toilet Tower Defense. Those names are trademarks of their owners, and we use them only to describe the items we sell. We don't control Roblox, its accounts, its trading or inventory features, or the games themselves.
4. Who can buy and your responsibilities
- If you're a minor where you live, you may only buy with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for the purchase.
- You must use a payment method you're allowed to use.
- You're responsible for following Roblox's terms and the rules of each game. We're not responsible for any action Roblox or a game developer takes against your account.
5. Order details and delivery
- At checkout you enter the Roblox username your items should go to. Please check it carefully. If you give the wrong username, we may not be able to recover or redeliver the items, and the order may not qualify for a refund.
- We never ask for your Roblox password. Never share it with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from Bloxpow.
- You don't need a Bloxpow account to buy.
6. One game per bag
Each order (bag) can hold items from one game only, either MM2 or TTD. To buy from MM2 and TTD, place a separate order for each game.
7. How fast delivery is
When you place an order, you ask us to start delivering as soon as possible after checkout. Many orders are delivered within minutes, but we can't promise instant delivery every time. Delivery can be held up by things outside our control, such as Roblox or game outages, trade limits, maintenance, stock, security checks or high demand. Because delivery can start straight away, you may not be able to cancel or get a refund once delivery has started.
8. Delayed or unclaimed orders
If your order hasn't arrived, follow the delivery instructions and try to claim your items at least twice. If your items haven't been delivered within 24 hours of purchase, you can ask for a refund under our Refund Policy. A delay doesn't mean your order has been cancelled. We'll keep making reasonable efforts to deliver. For help, contact contact@bloxpow.com or our live chat with your order number.
9. Refunds and final sales
Once items are delivered or claimed, the sale is final, because digital items can't be returned. Refunds are only available as set out in our Refund Policy, for example for orders not delivered within 24 hours, orders we can't fulfil, or where the law requires one. We may give an approved refund as store credit, as explained in the Refund Policy. We don't refund delivered orders, change of mind, accidental purchases, a wrong username, ignored delivery instructions, or problems caused by Roblox or a game developer.
10. Right of withdrawal where local law gives one
This section applies only if the law where you live gives you a right to withdraw. You may have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within a set period. By placing an order, asking for immediate delivery or claiming your items, you ask us to start delivering before that period ends. You also accept that you lose your right to withdraw once your items are delivered or claimed. If your order hasn't been delivered or claimed yet, you can withdraw by emailing contact@bloxpow.com with the word "WITHDRAW" and your order number. Nothing here limits any consumer rights that the law says can't be waived.
11. Chargebacks and payment disputes
You agree to contact us at contact@bloxpow.com or through live chat before you open a chargeback, payment reversal or dispute with your bank, card issuer or payment provider, so we have a chance to fix the problem. If you open a dispute on an order that was delivered, we may give our payment processor evidence of delivery, cancel open orders, and refuse future orders from you. This doesn't take away any right your bank or the law gives you.
12. Fraud checks and order review
To protect buyers and our shop, we may review orders before delivering them. A review may look at payment and billing details, email address, IP address, Roblox username, order history and fraud signals. We may delay, cancel or refuse orders that look fraudulent or break these Terms.
13. Prices, currency, discount codes and stock
- Prices are charged in USD. Prices shown in your local currency are estimates for reference only, and your bank may apply its own exchange rate or fees.
- Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We don't receive or store your full card details.
- Discount codes only work on the terms shown with them, such as expiry date, minimum spend or limited uses. Unless we say otherwise, you can use one code per order. Codes have no cash value and may be cancelled if misused.
- Stock is limited, and we may change prices or remove items at any time. If an item you paid for is unavailable, or a price was clearly wrong, we may cancel that item and refund it.
14. Risks from Roblox and the games
Roblox and the game developers may change, remove, duplicate, devalue or roll back items, change trading rules, or restrict accounts at any time. We're not responsible for those changes, or for any loss of items or value after delivery.
15. No cash value or investment
Items are for entertainment only. They aren't an investment, have no guaranteed value, and can't be exchanged with us for money.
16. How you must behave
You must not use the site to commit fraud; use someone else's payment method without permission; misuse refunds, chargebacks, discount codes or delivery; exploit bugs or errors; scrape or attack the site; or harass our support team.
17. Intellectual property
The Bloxpow name, logo, site design and content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
18. Feedback
If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without paying you or owing you anything.
19. Third-party links and tools
The site may link to or use third-party services, such as our payment processor, live chat and Roblox. Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for them.
20. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information.
21. Changes to the service and ending access
We may change, pause or stop any part of the site. We may also block access for anyone who breaks these Terms.
22. No warranties
As far as the law allows, the site and items are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties.
23. Limit on our liability
As far as the law allows, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
24. Indemnity
You agree to cover our losses and costs if they come from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
25. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you're a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections given by the law where you live.
26. Resolving disputes
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem informally. If that fails, disputes will be handled by the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law, and nothing here removes any right your local consumer law gives you to go to your own courts.
27. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version. An order is governed by the Terms in place when it was paid.
28. If part of these Terms is invalid
If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
29. Entire agreement
These Terms, our Refund Policy and our Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and us about the site.
