How do I claim my items?
After checkout, join our private server for the game you bought first, on the Roblox account you picked at checkout. Then claim your order on the thank-you page or the Claim page. Instant delivery: MM2 and Toilet Tower Defense items arrive as a trade you confirm, RIVALS and Brookhaven items arrive as an in-game gift, and Steal An Egg and 99 Nights in the Forest items are added to your Roblox account.
How fast is delivery?
Instant delivery. Once your payment is confirmed, join our private server first, then claim your order. Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards plus the wallets shown at checkout. The available methods depend on your country.
My payment was declined. What now?
Double-check your billing details, try another card or wallet, or contact your bank. No money is taken for declined payments.
Is it safe? Do you need my password?
Never. We will never ask for your game password. You only pick your Roblox account so we know where to deliver.
I entered the wrong username. Can you fix it?
Don't place a second order. Send us the claim form with your order number and the correct username and we'll update it.
