Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Bloxpow is an independent online shop selling digital in-game items for the Roblox games Murder Mystery 2 (MM2) and Toilet Tower Defense (TTD). We aren't connected to Roblox Corporation. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and your choices.
2. What we collect
We collect information you give us, information collected automatically when you use bloxpow.com, and information from service providers such as our payment processor.
3. Information you give us
Your email address, the Roblox username you choose for delivery, the items in your order, any discount code you use, and anything you tell us when you contact support.
4. Payment information
Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We don't receive or store your full card number or security code. We do receive payment confirmation, the amount, the currency, and limited details such as the payment method type, billing country and fraud-check results.
5. Roblox and delivery information
To deliver your items, we use your Roblox username, and may use the matching display name and user ID, plus delivery and claim status. We never ask for your Roblox password, and we don't collect it.
6. Device and technical information
Your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages viewed, referring links, time spent on pages, and error logs.
7. Support information
When you contact us through Crisp live chat or by email, we keep your messages, email address and order details so we can help you.
8. Cookies and Shopify privacy controls
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your bag, remember your currency and display settings, keep the site secure, and understand how it's used. Our store runs on Shopify, which also sets cookies. Where the law requires it, we ask for consent and offer controls for non-essential cookies. You can also block cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.
9. Currency and location
We use your approximate location, based on your IP address, to show prices in your local currency. Payment is always charged in USD. Local prices are for reference only.
10. Emails
For each order, we email you a receipt from contact@bloxpow.com, along with delivery instructions. We also reply to support requests by email. These are transactional emails, not marketing. We don't send marketing emails unless you choose to receive them.
11. Analytics and advertising
We may use analytics tools to understand traffic and improve the site, and advertising tools to measure campaigns. These tools may use cookies or device data.
12. Reviews and public content
If you submit a review or testimonial, we may show it on our site with a display name. You can ask us to remove it.
13. New features
If we add features such as accounts or loyalty rewards, we'll collect only what's needed for them and update this policy.
14. Shopify and other service providers
- Shopify hosts our store and stores order and customer data.
- Crisp provides our live chat.
- A third-party payment processor handles payments, refunds and fraud checks.
- We also use providers for hosting, content management, email and analytics.
Each provider processes your data only to provide its service to us.
15. Fraud and security
We use order, payment, device and IP information to detect and prevent fraud, chargebacks, and misuse of discount codes or refunds.

- To process and deliver orders.

17. Legal bases for processing
Where data protection laws require a legal basis, we process your information:
- to perform our contract with you, which means delivering your order;
- for our legitimate interests, such as fraud prevention, security and improving the site;
- with your consent, such as for non-essential cookies and marketing;
- to comply with legal obligations.
18. When we share information
We share information with the service providers in section 14, with authorities when the law requires it, to protect our rights (for example when responding to a chargeback), and in a business transfer (section 30). We don't sell your personal information.
19. Sensitive information
We don't ask for sensitive information, such as government ID, health or biometric data.
20. Children and minors
Many Roblox players are young. Buyers who are minors where they live need a parent's or guardian's permission. We don't knowingly collect more information from children than an order needs. Parents or guardians can contact us to review or delete a child's information.
21. How long we keep information
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax, fraud prevention and legal claims. We keep support chats for as long as they're useful for support, then delete them. Other data is deleted or anonymised when it's no longer needed.
22. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, but no online service is completely secure.
23. International transfers
Our providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
24. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access, correct or delete your information;
- object to or restrict some processing;
- receive a copy of your information;
- withdraw consent;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
25. How to make a request
Email contact@bloxpow.com with your request, your email address and your order number. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.
26. Authorised agents
Where the law allows, someone you authorise may make a request for you. We may ask for proof of that authorisation.
27. Additional regional privacy rights
Residents of some regions have rights to know, delete and correct their information, and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing" for targeted advertising. We don't sell personal information. To use these rights, contact us as explained in section 25. We won't treat you differently for using them.
28. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Where the law requires it, we honour Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of sharing for targeted advertising. There's no common standard for "Do Not Track", so we don't respond to it.
29. Legal requests
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
30. Business transfers
If Bloxpow is sold, merged or restructured, your information may pass to the new owner, who will remain bound by this policy.
31. Third-party sites
Links to Roblox and other sites are covered by those sites' own privacy policies.
32. Updates
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the current version.
