Username only, never your password

We never ask for your Roblox password. Not at checkout, not in chat, not anywhere. All we need is the Roblox username that should get the items, and it can be yours or a friend's. Double check the spelling, because orders sent to the wrong username cannot be refunded. If anyone claiming to be Bloxpow asks for your password, it is not us.

How delivery works

  1. Add your RIVALS items to your bag. One order covers one game.
  2. In your bag, type your Roblox username and pick your exact account from the list.
  3. Pay with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or crypto. You get a receipt by email.
  4. Join our RIVALS private delivery server on that same Roblox account.
  5. Claim your order (thank-you page or the Claim an order page with your order number). We then send your items as an in-game gift to that username. We never ask for your password.

Does Bloxpow sell RIVALS items?
Yes. Skins, skin bundles, bundles, skin cases, keys, Season Pass items, Candy and Prize Wheel spins.
What is Candy in RIVALS?
Candy is the RIVALS Halloween event currency. You use it for the Haunted Chest and event cosmetics in the Shop, so Candy bundles are only offered while the Halloween event runs.
If I buy a skin vs a bundle, what do I get?
A skin order delivers that skin only. A bundle order delivers the whole bundle.
How are RIVALS items delivered?
Join our Rivals private delivery server first, then claim your order. We send items as an in-game RIVALS gift to the username you entered. We never ask for your password. We do not use trades for Rivals.
Do you need my Roblox password?
Never. We only need the Roblox username that should receive the items.
Can I mix RIVALS items with items from another game in one order?
No. Every Bloxpow order covers one game only, so check out each game's items separately.
What if my order never arrives?
Try the Claim an order page first. If it still isn't delivered within 24 hours after you follow the delivery steps and try to claim at least twice, you can ask for a refund within the next 7 days. Delivered or claimed items are final. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and crypto. The methods shown at checkout depend on your country.
