Username only, never your password
We never ask for your Roblox password. Not at checkout, not in chat, not anywhere. All we need is the Roblox username that should get the items, and it can be yours or a friend's. Double check the spelling, because orders sent to the wrong username cannot be refunded. If anyone claiming to be Bloxpow asks for your password, it is not us.
How delivery works
- Add your Brookhaven RP items to your bag. One order covers one game.
- In your bag, type your Roblox username and pick your exact account from the list.
- Pay with card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or crypto. You get a receipt by email.
- Join our Brookhaven RP private delivery server on that same Roblox account.
- Claim your order (thank-you page or the Claim an order page with your order number). We then send your items as an in-game gift to that username. We never ask for your password.

- Does Bloxpow sell Brookhaven RP items?
- Yes. VIP, Premium, houses, vehicles, customization, roleplay packs and bundles.
- Can I get a Brookhaven gamepass I already own?
- No. A gamepass can only be gifted to an account that doesn't already own it.
- Are gifted Brookhaven passes permanent?
- Yes. Gifted passes work right away and are permanent.
- Do you need my Roblox password?
- Never. We only need the Roblox username that should receive the items.
- Can I mix Brookhaven RP items with items from another game in one order?
- No. Every Bloxpow order covers one game only, so check out each game's items separately.
- What if my order never arrives?
- Try the Claim an order page first. If it still isn't delivered within 24 hours after you follow the delivery steps and try to claim at least twice, you can ask for a refund within the next 7 days. Delivered or claimed items are final. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and crypto. The methods shown at checkout depend on your country.
- How fast is delivery?
- Instant delivery. Join the private server first, then claim your order.
