Before you ask, follow the delivery instructions from checkout and your email, and try to claim your items at least twice. A short delay doesn't mean your order was cancelled.

We also consider a refund when we can't complete delivery, for example when an item is out of stock, or when you were charged twice for the same order.

What Doesn't Qualify

Digital items can't be sent back once they reach you, so these aren't refunded:

• Items that were already delivered or claimed
• Orders with the wrong Roblox username, or where the delivery steps weren't followed
• Change of mind after delivery
• Problems caused by Roblox or the game's developer, such as rollbacks, trade limits or outages

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and usually take 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank. Bloxpow may give an approved refund as store credit instead, for the full approved amount.
